With over 25 years of experience in market analysis and management within the financial services industry, Dick founded Briefing.com in 1992 and has since grown the company to over 60 employees with offices in Boston, Chicago, the San Francisco Bay Area and London.

Prior to Briefing.com, Dick was President of MMS International. He joined the company after graduating from Harvard in 1979 and over the next 13 years he grew the company to $45 million in revenue with 160 employees in 23 offices worldwide.

In 2005, Smart Money Magazine named Dick Green a top market mover on its annual Power 30 list.

With over 20 years of hands-on managerial experience, Penny has stepped into the President & CEO positions of her family-owned business. Previous managerial experience includes VP, Administration, North America Division for MMS International, City Prosecutor’s Office in Omaha, NE, and as a Communication Specialist in the US Army. For the past seven years, Penny has been an active board member with the Illinois Save Abandoned Babies Foundation, serving as President for the past two years.
