Long Bond Acts Heavy

: Treasuries remain under pressure as traders keep risk assets bid. The long bond is heavy, trading down a full point as the selling has produced a rise of 4 bps on the session to 2.729%. Today’s selloff has the 30-yr bond testing mid-week support with a breakdown setting up the potential for a retest of last week’s lows. The knob of the curve has swung steeper after spending most of the session flatter as the 10-30-yr spread now trades 108 bps.
Precious metals continue to hold small losses with gold and silver at $1565 and $26.75 respectively.
