Q: I access Briefing from work and from home. Must I have two separate accounts?
A: No. You will just need to log out from one device before logging onto the site via another device.
Q: Can more than one person use my password?
A: No. Briefing.com is a personal license. It gives access only to the individual subscriber. Group subscription rates are available for companies or individuals desiring access for more than one person. For more information, visit the Institutional Sales contact page.
Q: I forgot my password. How do I retrieve and/or reset it?
A: You can reset your password here. Enter the email address you used when you registered and we will email you a link and instructions for resetting your password. You may also call Customer Service at 800-752-3013.
Free Trial and Billing
Q: When will my free trial expire?
A: Your free trial period varies by product and when you signed up for the trial. Contact service@briefing.com for your trial end date information.
Q: How do I cancel my free trial?
A: During the free-trial period, a subscriber may cancel their subscription at no cost by emailing service@briefing.com or calling 800-752-3013 Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET.
Q: When will Briefing.com charge my credit card?
A: Typically your card will be charged the first day after your free trial period.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Subscribers who have paid upfront for an annual subscription may cancel their service and receive a prorated refund if they cancel their subscription within 30 days of the end of their free trial period or renewal term. After the 30 day period, subscribers will not be entitled to any refund, reimbursement or other credit and your account will be set to cancel at the end of the current term
