Treasury yields move up, equity futures move lower

The S&P 500 futures are down 17 points and are trading 0.3% below fair value, the Nasdaq 100 futures are down 89 points and are trading 0.4% below fair value, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average futures are down 88 points and are trading 0.2% below fair value.
Treasury yields moved higher as equity futures moved lower. The 10-yr note yield is up four basis points to 3.86%.
The June FHFA Housing Price Index dropped 0.1% following a flat reading in May and the June S&P Case-Shiller Home Price Index fell to 6.5% (Briefing.com consensus 6.0%) from 6.9% in May (revised from 6.8%).
