[BRIEFING.COM] The Nasdaq Composite is now 46 points higher than yesterday thanks to ongoing buying in some mega caps and semiconductor names.
The Vanguard Mega Cap Growth ETF (MGK) shows a 0.2% gain and the PHLX Semiconductor Index (SOX) trades 1.5%.
Upside moves also coincided with Treasury yields moving higher. The 10-yr note yield is at 3.66% and the 2-yr note yield is at 3.64%.
