Major averages now mixed
Dow +158.32 at 46225.69, Nasdaq -130.59 at 22564.04, S&P -10.16 at 6644.55

[BRIEFING.COM] The DJIA (+0.4%) now holds a nice gain, while the S&P 500 (-0.1%) sits just beneath its flat line, and the Nasdaq Composite (-0.5%) still lags. 

The consumer discretionary sector (-0.3%) has substantially improved as a majority of its components trade higher while its mega-cap compnents have narrowed their losses. 

In stock-specific news, Humana (HUM 263.10, -7.90, -2.92%) moves lower after Bloomberg reported that the company lost another lawsuit on Medicare bonus cuts. The stock is the worst-performing name today in the health care sector (-0.1%), with Johnson & Johnson (JNJ 187.72, -3.18, -1.67%) also retreating after posting a modest earnings beat this morning and reaffirming its FY25 EPS guidance.
