The stock market is on track for a higher open as tech names look to bounce back from yesterday's weakness.
Advanced Micro Devices (AMD 252.06, +14.54, +6.1%) leads the charge after hosting its financial analyst event yesterday. CEO Lisa Su told CNBC that the company expects the total addressable AI market to reach $1 trillion by 2030, with AMD expecting to cash in on $100 billion in data center revenues over the next three to five years.
In Washington, House Majority Leader Steve Scalise told CNBC that he expects a debate to begin on the government funding bill at 4:00 PM ET, followed by a vote around 7:00 PM ET. Mr. Scalise expects more than eight House Democrats to join Republicans in funding the government.
