Larry Ellison provides personal gurantee for Warner Bros. bid

Paramount Skydance (PSKY 13.42, +0.37, +2.9%) has amended its $30 per share all-cash offer for Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD 28.84, +1.07, +3.9%) to include an irrevocable personal guarantee of $40.4 billion of the equity financing from Larry Ellison.
Mr. Ellison has agreed not to revoke the Ellison family trust (which has been operating for nearly 40 years as a counterparty to numerous transactions) or adversely transfer its assets during the pendency of the transaction.
