[BRIEFING.COM] The Dow Jones Industrial Average (+0.07%) is positive for the first time all session, continuing higher over the last half hour.
A look inside the DJIA shows that Verizon (VZ 41.64, -1.17, -2.73%), Nike (NKE 57.71, -0.77, -1.32%), and Coca-Cola (KO 71.58, -0.94, -1.30%) are underperforming.
Meanwhile, NVIDIA (NVDA 111.82, +5.39, +5.06%) is atop the standings.
The DJIA is poised to end the week +2.50% higher.
Elsewhere, at the top of the hour, Baker Hughes (BKR 36.36, -0.02, -0.05%) announced a weekly U.S. rotary rig count of 587, +2 w/w and -26 yr/yr.
