[BRIEFING.COM] The S&P 500 trades near its prior close while the Nasdaq Composite dropped into negative territory.
Mega caps either extended early declines, or fell into the red as the market declined. Apple (AAPL 210.14, -1.30, -0.6%), Microsoft (MSFT 449.35, -3.78, -0.8%), NVIDIA (NVDA 134.49, -0.33, -0.2%), and Meta Platforms (META 630.44, -13.44, -2.1%) are losing standouts.
The Vanguard Mega Cap Growth ETF (MGK) shows a 0.3% decline.
