Stock Market Update

[BRIEFING.COM] The S&P 500 (+0.7%), Nasdaq Composite (+1.1%), and DJIA (+0.8%) are little changed from previous levels as the market enters the final hour of the session. 

With today's gains, the major averages now all sit above their 50-day moving averages, a technical level that the S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite closed beneath on Tuesday. However, both indices have yet to re-enter positive week-to-date territory after the pullback, with both sitting 0.3% lower for the week. 

Bloomberg reports that the EU is expected to unfreeze and ratify its trade agreement with the U.S., potentially bringing a temporary end to the geopolitical tensions that sparked Tuesday's selloff.
