[BRIEFING.COM] The S&P 500 (+0.5%), Nasdaq Composite (+0.2%), and DJIA (+1.2%) are all trading higher with just half an hour remaining in today's session.
The recovery across semiconductor stocks has been particularly impressive, with the PHLX Semiconductor Index narrowing its decline to just 0.9% after falling more than 4% earlier in the session. Similarly, the information technology sector (-0.4%) has recovered substantially after being down nearly 2% this morning.
CoreWeave (CRWV 69.05, +3.27, +4.97%) provides an especially striking example of the turnaround. After plunging 15% yesterday and falling another 7% this morning amid concerns about debt financing for the AI infrastructure buildout, shares have reversed course and are now up nearly 5%.
