[BRIEFING.COM] The S&P 500 (+0.1%), Nasdaq Composite (+0.4%), and DJIA (-0.2%) have retreated from their earlier highs, now sitting near their flatlines.
Stocks that surged in reaction to the Supreme Court's ruling against President Trump's IEEPA tariffs have now given back much of their previous strength. NIKE (NKE 63.50, -2.11, -3.22%) traded over 3% higher before mounting a retreat of the same size.
The consumer discretionary sector (+0.1%) and information technology sector (-0.1%) are among the sectors that have faced the sharpest retreats.
