NIKE (NKE 62.78, -2.62, -4.01%) and lululemon athletica (LULU 178.20, -9.10, -4.86%) continue to chart session lows today as investors reassess the companies' tariff exposure after the Trump administration announced a new 15% global import surcharge.
Politico reports that House Speaker Mike Johnson said it is unlikely that Congress will codify President Trump's tariffs; Republicans say it is unlikely Congress will have the votes to extend the 15% global tariff beyond 150 days.
