S&P 500 Rises as Vistra Extends Rally, Non-Tech Stocks Lead; TSCO Drops Ahead of Ex-Dividend

[BRIEFING.COM] The S&P 500 (+0.57%) is up about 43 points this afternoon, in second place among the major averages.

Briefly, S&P 500 constituents Vistra Corp. (VST 164.33, +8.06, +5.16%), Lennox Int'l (LII 506.58, +21.94, +4.53%), and Royal Caribbean (RCL 266.28, +10.18, +3.98%) are some of the non-technology outperformers today. For its part, VST continues its recent rally off 52-week lows, up now about +22% over the last three-plus sessions, while RCL enjoys solid gains after a bullish UBS note out this morning.

Meanwhile, Tractor Supply (TSCO 29.85, -1.77, -5.60%) is one of today's worst laggards ahead of tomorrow's ex-dividend date.
