CNBC reports that the company passed Amazon (AMZN 240.22, -5.78, -2.35%) in market capitalization in yesterday's trade, and briefly eclipsed Microsoft (MSFT 385.82, -8.01, -2.03%) to be the fourth-largest U.S. company by valuation.
