Canada announced C$27.6 billion in retaliatory tariffs on U.S. goods in response to the latest U.S. tariffs on Canadian products. Beginning September 8, Canada will impose tariffs ranging from 15% to 50% on goods including steel, dairy, appliances, agricultural equipment, pulp and paper, and electronics, matching the U.S. measures dollar for dollar and rate for rate.
