Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD 30.58, +2.78, +9.98%) and Paramount Skydance (PSKY 10.81, +0.60, +5.90%) are among the top-performing S&P 500 components this morning after Bloomberg reported that Paramount Skydance reached a settlement with California and other states that had sought to block its acquisition of Warner Bros. The settlement removes a legal obstacle to the transaction, fueling gains in both stocks.
